Token Allocation

Mute started as a proof-of-work blockchain network with the goal of creating layer-two solutions using zero-knowledge proofs. The project then switched to the ERC-20 standard and began building on top of zkSync. Throughout this process, Mute remained committed to fairness and decentralization. It was launched in a fair manner, without ICO, pre-seed, or initial investment, and can be mined with GPUs. About 10% of the block reward is allocated to the Mute treasury. The migration from Mute's native chain to ERC-20 was done via a 1:1 coin/token swap. All exchanges are carried out transparently and can be verified on the Ethereum Blockchain via Etherscan .

The Treasury wallet holds approximately 8% of the total supply of Mute tokens. These funds are used to support ongoing development of Mute, and address history and treasury movements can be tracked. In the future, the treasury and its assets in L2 will be controlled by the DAO via dMute.

Additionally, Mute has integrated/merged a side token called VOICE into its total supply. As part of this arrangement, VOICE token holders can swap their tokens for Bisu tokens at a rate of 1:197.55. The generated Mute tokens are included in the project's total supply, and VOICE token holders can still make this exchange via smart contracts .

Koi Finance's main goal in creating the KOI token is to facilitate transactions and interactions within its ecosystem. As a DeFi platform, Koi Finance serves as a liquidity center for all projects on zkSync. They offer a fast and efficient exchange mechanism, with very low fuel costs.

KOI tokens are also used in the KoiPond platform, a decentralized launchpad that allows investors to invest in early-stage crypto projects before their public listing, by staking KOI tokens.
